Place an Order Online and Get FREE In-Store Pickup



Verizon's In-Store Pickup provides the convenience of buying online, then picking up your purchases from the Verizon New York Wireless store.
It's a free service, saving time and shipping costs.
When you arrive at the store, inform a Sales Representative that you're there for an In-Store Pickup.

The FREE In-Store pickup is the fastest way to get your online order. With thousands of locations across the world, this scheme makes it simple to get your order in your hands quicker and easily.

The purchase is completed online. Credit cards and debit cards are the only accepted method of payment for this scheme.

To pick up the order at the store the Account Manager or Account Owner must be present.

You must have the following items with you:
·         A valid photo ID issued by the government.
·         The credit card that was used to place the order online



However, you'll see which items are available for In-Store Pickup listed on the order page before completing your purchase. And you can only select one store per order to pick up your purchases.

The store will hold your order for 7 days, starting from the date you placed the order online. Any item which is not picked up within 7 days is automatically canceled. You can receive a refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days.

You can return your item to any Verizon Wireless store. And you must return it within the return period specified in our Return Policy. A restocking fee may apply.

This scheme is currently available across the United States at participating Verizon Wireless stores.
